MAKE DOCTORATE(Ph.D) EASIER WITH ASTERWRITE

AsterWrite [Advanced Science and Technology Experimental Research ~ Write]

AsterWrite is an online software that helps you to conduct research and write your thesis or dissertation. AsterWrite delivers Original, Deeper and Efficient Research without Plagiarism. It is ideal for undergraduates, masters and doctorate programs that require qualitative (e.g. Grounded Theory, etc.) and quantitative (e.g. Hypothesis Testing, Likert, Structural Equation Modelling, etc.) data analysis. AsterWrite provides a complete step-by-step method of research and thesis writing that is consistent, coherent and cascading.

The 20-Step Process: Step-by-Step

AsterWrite takes you through your research program, step-by-step, all the way. Every step can be completed using software tools and techniques in a cascading method. Here are the 20 steps: to see what AsterWrite can do for you, click on the main menu and select from the drop-down lists.

GOT Tracking for Universities

GOT Tracking enables a University to track how well its staff and students are performing to planned activities.
This is an amazing feature in AsterWrite. A university can easily track students progress at several levels:
  • Student
  • Supervisor (with several students)
  • Department (with several supervisors)
  • Faculty (with several departments)
  • College (with several faculties)
Allen, the supervisor in the Engineering Department, has 958 hrs lag. His students are behind time. His student's performance could be drilled down in the + button in AsterWrite.
N/A, the supervisor in the Physical Science Department, has 235 hrs lag. His students are behind time.
Supervisor 007, a supervisor in the BioScience Department, has 326 hrs lag.
The Faculty of Design is 958 hrs behind time while Faculty of Engineering is 561 hrs behind time.
Setting Up
Using the Edit Mode,
  • The Faculties are setup.
  • The Departments within a Faculty are setup.
  • The Supervisors within a Department are setup.
  • Lastly, Students are assigned to Supervisors.
Once this structure is setup, administrators can easily see:
  • How the student is progressing.
  • How the supervisor is performing.
  • How the Faculty is performing.
  • How the Department is performing.

3D Printing Technology
                                                                                                                                             PHOENIX FOCUS SOLUTION SDN.BHD

What is 3D printing Technology?

3D printing technology is an additive manufacturing technology that creates a physical three dimensional objects from a digital design. Additive manufacturing used to build up a component in layers by depositing materials.

you may wonder in coming years by seeing this technology in your PC,Laptop and even in your smart phone. It is very simple as by taking a picture in our mobile and a take a printout. Microsoft and Google already enabled their hardware to perform 3D scanning and printing.
step by step process of 3D printing

General functional principle

1. Modeling

3D printable models may be created with a Computer Aided Design(CAD) package, via a 3D scanner or by a plain digital camera and photogrammetry software. 3D scanning is a process of collecting digital data on the shape and appearance of a real object, creating a digital model based on it. 3D scanners use different technologies to generate a 3D model. Examples are: time-of-flight, structured / modulated light scanning and many more. There are different kind of modelling software also available in the market.

2.printing

The main process here is slicing ,the design file from the computer is sliced into hundreds or thousands of thin layers, which is then sent to the 3D printer. When the 3D model is sliced, you are ready to feed it to your 3D printer. This can be done via USB, SD or wifi. When a file is uploaded in a 3D printer, the object is ready to be 3D printed layer by layer. The 3D printer reads every slice (2D image) and creates a three dimensional object.

3. finishing

Though the printer-produced resolution is sufficient for many applications, printing a slightly over sized version of the desired object in standard resolution and then removing material with a higher-resolution subtractive process can achieve greater precision.

3D printer sales have been growing ever since, and as additive manufacturing patents continue to expire, more innovations can be expected in the years to come. There are now roughly 300,000 consumer 3D printers in the world – and this figure is doubling every year.

Then who is using this technology???

Car manufactures, Students, Doctors, Design Entrepreneurs, Dentists, Engineer, Prosthetics, Drone enthusiast, Aircraft manufactures, Shoe manufactures, Aerospace companies, Consumer Product makers, Prop makers, Architects, Product designers

Virtual reality (VR technology)

Have you ever heard about VR technology or Virtual reality? Then What is Virtual reality?

Basically VR technology or Virtual reality is a computer technology that lets you experience a difference reality. It generates a computer generated environment with realistic images, sounds and other sensations. It really lead you to another world. VR headset (shown in photo) is one of the example of Virtual reality and is available in markets now. Once you wear this headset it is virtually separates from the environment which you had. You can experience the movie and game as part of it and even experience the Mars. Moreover this application is very useful for in business application too. For example if you are a real estate developer you can use this innovative platform by providing richer experiences to your customers just sit in your office rooms. This could be a good advertising and sales platform for property sellers.

VR headset comes in different forms and price ranges. Google has developed one and it’s named as Google card board and it is the easiest and cheapest way to try virtual reality. Users can either build their own viewer from simple, low-cost components using specifications published by Google, or purchase a pre-manufactured one. The viewer is used by placing a smartphone into the back of it and viewing through the lenses in the front. When you stick your phone inside and press it up to your face, you can feel like you’re in another world .There are other devices available in the markets are Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift, HTC live, Sony PlayStation VR...etc.
